HEICO-LOCK Wedge Lock Washer Enlarged - Stainless Steel

The HEICO-LOCK® Wedge Lock Washer (Enlarged Series) Assortment Box is engineered to secure bolted joints under extreme vibration and dynamic loading conditions. Manufactured from stainless steel (A4 / 316L) with surface hardening, these washers offer high hardness (>520 HV) and superior corrosion resistance, meeting stringent performance standards including extended salt spray resistance.

The enlarged outer diameter provides increased bearing surface and load distribution, making them suitable for oversized or slotted holes. Supplied as pre-assembled pairs and produced to precise dimensional tolerances, detailed sizing is provided below to ensure accurate specification and installation.

Even under extremes of vibration or dynamic loads, the HEICO-LOCK® Wedge Locking System provides maximum reliability.

When the bolt is tightened, the external radial teeth of the HEICO-LOCK® Wedge Lock System embed themselves in an interlocking fashion with the respective mating surface.

If the securing system is subject to dynamic stress, movement is only possible between the internal washer surfaces. This results in an increase in the clamping force.
